<br />try the ever safe solution: uninstall it and install it again. If it still doesn&#8217;t work, I suggest you go to the Microsoft website and see if they have a solution. (You&#8217;d be surprised)</p>

I said yes and it said it was repaired.</p>
<p>but now whenever i open outlook it says it is &quot;not responding&quot;.  How do i fix this?  any suggestions?<br />

<p>Cannot start Microsoft Office Outlook. Cannot open the Outlook window. The set of folders cannot be opened. Errors have been detected in the file. <p>I tried going to help, but outlook closes right away, and I went to my computers support and help, an  I cant find anything. Anyone have any advice for me?? Thanks!<br />

<br />Before you do anything back up the following files click on the tools &#8211; folder options- view- choose show hidden files.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>The emails in my sent items folders in Outlook Express programs can not be deleted or moved; It only said that the action can not be executed because of an error, but it does not mention what kind an error.<br />
Because of this, my outgoing emails can not be removed from Outbox so when I try to Send&amp;Receive, it will continously sending over&amp;over again.<br />
I already try using Inbox Repair Tool from Microsoft Office Suites, but it only fix the Outlook Data Files (*.PST) not Outlook Express&#8217;s.<br />
<br />I known several ways to solve your problem.<br />
1. You can manualy delete Outbox.dbx file in Outlook Express folder. This file will be automaticly recreated when Outlook Express started.<br />
2. You can use Explorer for Outlook Express to delete messages. Download here:</p>
