In Microsoft outlook calander it can’t find the recurring info for an appointment?

It comes up with a message box saying it can’t find the info. I tried searching for the appointment in the find bit and it finds it but when i click on it i get a message box saying it can’t open it and I should use the inbox repair tool. I searched the help for what to do but it doesn’t find an answer. How do I do this inbox repair or does anybody know how else to fix it.

Go to outlook menu, help, detect and repair, pop the MS office cd into the drive and go through the process of fixing it.
