		<description>I would remove the PST from the equation.  If the issue is the PST then go to the directory, and move it to another location.  If the issue is the PST then Outlook will start up and complain it is not there.  You can always reintegrate the data if it is not completely blown.  If that fails I would grab your office disk and do repair on outlook. 		<description>first, make a backup because it sounds like your hard drive might be failing. after you do that(hopefully it will be successful) run chkdsk /r. it will ask you if you want to run it at your next boot because it can&#039;t lock the drive. tell it yes, and reboot. this will go through your entire disk and try to recover bad blocks. if it&#039;s just a few bad sectors on the drive or mostly file system errors rather than hardware errors you should be fine. if not, you might have to pay someone for professional pst file recovery.&lt;br&gt;&lt;b&gt;References : &lt;/b&gt;&lt;br&gt;</description>
