How to change the "sent by" email address?

I currently access my professional email from a Microsoft webmail portal, which does not allow me to use mail-merge. In the past I did mail merges using outlook and a gmail address with reply to set as my work address. However, this is not professional enough for my purpose today.

Is there any way in which I can send a mail-merge message from another address/site and make it look like it came from my professional one (ie. gmail for instance is invisible)?
