how to do mail merge through microsoft office word can some one helip me its urgent?
April 14th, 2010 | by admin |i have to do mail to lakhs of people in had made list of email ids in xls sheet some one told me we can mail several people through mail merge option from microsoft office word i tried it but i am not able to do so can some one help me in details should i have to set outlook express in my machine i want to do mail through my yahoo account.
In order to distribute merged form letters as e-mail messages, you must be using Microsoft Entourage as your default e-mail program.

just follow these steps :
open your yahoo mailbox…
click on ‘ compose ‘ ……. ( or open the mail you want to send )
go in excel , where you have written all ids …
select all ids and press right button of mouse …
select ‘ copy ‘ option.
now come back to mailbox….and bring your cursor in the
‘ to ‘ category …now press right button of mouse and select ‘ paste ‘ option …
all the ids will appear in the ‘ to ‘ column…
now send the mail by pressing ‘ send ‘ button ..
thats it ….try now…..
