I am using mail merge to send out emails to an outlook address book. How can I bcc someone when I send?
February 5th, 2010 | by admin |I link up with an outlook contacts folder and choose my recipients but when I go to send the message, it does not give me the option to add a bcc.
When mail merge sends me to Word to create the mail merge, I can choose my recipients. But it doesn’t show me the traditional Address book view in a mail merge and I am not seeing an option for bcc.
When you are in the addressbook view, near the bottom should be To: CC: BCC:
As you select names from you address book, if you double click it will default to TO:
If you just click on a name and then click on CC or BCC below, it will put that name in the selected recipient line.
Good luck!
