Mail Merge in Ms. Word?
April 16th, 2010 | by admin |i use Microsoft Word 2003 Mail Merge to send email to my customer. However, recently when i try to insert picture into my mail and send it, i encounter the problem that i only can send "Plain text" and "attachement" mail format only.
When i using "HTML" it got no response at all. Normally when i send by plain text it will pop out one messenge from Outlook express and ask me " Would you like to send the messenge?" . If i click yes the email will be send out by Outlook express. But now, i choice HTML , it got no response. Please help me!
On MS OUTLOOK (email program) try going to Tools / Options, then click on teh MAIL FORMAT Tab.
Under Message Format, choose HTML and then check mark "Use Microsoft Office Word 2003 to edit e-mail messages".
I think thats what you are wanting ?
