Mail Merge question in Outlook 2007?

I am trying to use mail merge, but one question I have is: ok, when sending a regular e-mail, you can choose FROM whom it is sent (the from field)…is that possible to use doing mail merge…like if I want to send an e-mail using mail merge, but I want to use the from field so others dont know it is actually me? Thanks.
