(Part 1 of 2) For those of you who are interested in a free way to get mail merge to work using Word and Outlook, this is a video on how to do it. It’s a touch tricky (which is why purchasing a bulk email submitter is usually more desirable), but this allows you to send personalized emails by the 1000′s… even if you have Word / Outlook 2000 (even that outdated).
