outlook , how can I mail merge my outlook address book. Most people tell me I need to format to excel?

I have about 600 contacts for my business,and want to mail merge from outlook?

If I can chg to excel how do I do this? or how do I mail merge from outlook?

    IN Ms World Choose Tools->Letters & Mailings->Mail Marge Wizard, on the thired step of wizaed from "Choose the Recipients" choose "Select From Outlook Contacts" and get the same. This is in Office XP.
