what is the difference between MAIL MERGE in word 2007 & OUTLOOK EXPRESS?
February 23rd, 2010 | by admin |WHAT R ALL THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN THE BOTH?
WHICH IS BETTER OPTION ? AND WHY?
Outlook Express is best used as a quick email/news client. Word Mail Merge is much more powerful because it will allow you to duplicate information for a large list without recreating the whole thing each time.
Envelopes, labels, letters, auto-numbered items like tickets. Check out some of the free templates on Microsoft’s website. They are real helpful and best of all they are FREE! This is one way I learned to create my own templates and custom mail merge documents.
Another thing, Word can use your Outlook Contact list to make the mail merge too.
