How do I import Outlook 2003 mail and address book to Vista?

Win XP died. I installed Vista. I re-installed Outlook 2003. How do I get the Outlook settings (old mail and address book) from the "old system" file created when Vista was installed?

You need to find the PST files. I do not know what you mean by "old system" file. Is that what the installer called it?
