how to get music to play using outlook express e mail?

When i try to send music using sounds Format on my e mail,outlook express,it doesnt work after i send the e mail.i use the format and click on background,click on sound choose song click on and it plays.After i send the e mail the song doent seem to go with it.Can anyone please help me.Thank you.

who told u that u could anyway? i know of no option in outlook like that
