How to set up an outlook mail on macbook pro?

I’m not sure what to put in certain fields such as, "incoming mail server" and "outgoing mail server" like what the hell?

Are you sure you have an Outlook email address or are you using the Outlook email software? The "incoming mail server" and "outgoing mail server" details will have been given to you when you set up the email account so that you can pick up and send email.
