Why is my Outlook Mail Merge sending from the wrong account?

I have tried to send a mail merged email from Outlook-2003. However, I have TWO email accounts configured on Outlook and unfortunately it’s sending the emails from the wrong account.

How do I make it change? I’ve tried switching the account before and after writing the template and but it doesn’t work.

Any ideas?
Thanks for the suggestion – However I managed to send a mail merge from the secondary account last month and nothing has changed.

Therefore I’m pretty sure that isn’t the issue.

Most likely you will need to change the account you wish to send it from to "Default"

    In accounts you need to select the account you want to use as the default account, it will always send on the default.
