I need help with mail merge – Outlook to Word?
August 25th, 2011I am trying to merge contacts from Outlook to labels in MS Word. I have set up the merge fields and have put in <Next Record> on the labels following the first. The merge is working, but only on the one page, the document is not continuing on to subsequent pages, thus I am only able to make 4 labels at a time. I need to merge about 2000 addresses and am at my wits end. is there something I need to put in the last label to make more pages open when I do the merge. Please help.

When i set up the merge document I selected Labels and I chose the labels I intend to use (Avery 5168).
Choose ‘lables’ when you start instead of letters (envelopes).
