Gay. Leave the moon …
Gay. Leave the moon the alone.
It irritates me that people are looking for more water on the moon, BEFORE we come up with a plan to not use as much.
We already have a huge water shortage/decline.
Not to mention the fact that the water car is starting to take off.
People are stupid. We need to stop using so much water here BEFORE trying to find extra on the moon.

Oh, and someone’s going to take a hammer to the moon and bring back moon rocks and sell them for 1000 a piece. lol

i totally agree with that, so far these beliefs
have only led to pain and suffering (religious wars, terrorists), waisting money (building churches, while the money could have been used to help cancer research or anything useful) , corruption ( believe me, priests get alot of their income from their “followers” ) and mistrust between fellow humans. (Christians, Muslims, Hindi, and all the other) btw why are our beliefs correct and not the Egyptian ones ? or Greek ones strange

Ive got a fantastic idea – if we do colonise others moons/planets make religion illegal – leave these dark age fairy-tales and human insecurities on Earth……. wouldn’t that be HEAVEN!!!!!

Still …
@leeo268
Still the majority believe in fairy-tales and caught up in petty arguments about race and religion. Yes, a lot of their scientist are brilliant, if only the it would show in the populace, but it doesn’t.

Agree, just going reading youtube comment already evidence enough, but keep in mind US produce more nobel winning scientists than rest of the world and have most university in the top 100.

I actually heard on the Science Channel that Hubbel cant view the moon because its too bright and too close.
Notice that they didnt use actual visible light photographs in this video.
Granted im also of the school of thought that, in the year 2010, we cant get a freaking OS to work properly, how did we get to the moon in 1969?

Continuing about …
Continuing about the direct matter-energy conversion, if we had that you could just “scoop” soil or whatever and use it for fuel. Also I always thought about using like “Plasma propellers” or something where it would treat the “dark matter? The black space stuff” like air, spinning an object it would react to it… not exactly familiar with the effects of the dark space.

We ought to put …
We ought to put scram jets to work to get us past gravity. That was on a pop sci mag. Should also look at anti gravity lol would definitely cut prices. A force/plasma shield would be nice too
Here’s a question too, not being a dick but, we spend all this money to get up there but do we get anything ie revenue back? Yeah it’s for knowledge, and knowledge is power etc.. but it does suck in a way that it costs so much
Also I read somewhere about direct matter-energy conversion.
