I know a cheap and pretty good hosting service for about $2-4 a month (depending on your commitment per year), I would go to webhostingpad for service. It has a great customer service that has solved all of my problems. It has a great server, unlimited memory and space for the user and is just cheap for what you get. I have a link here that even gives you a free domain upon sign up:
http://www.webhostingpad.com/4486.html

I speak from experience as a webmaster and I really recommend this site.
References :
http://www.webhostingpad.com/4486.html

Sometimes Youtube is appropriate because it brings in the whole sharing thing. You can also click the little gear button to the right of the embed code and turn off the Youtube search box at the top of the video.
Hosting is another issue because they do suck up a lot of disk space so I am looking at Mogulus.com, Ustream.tv, and Justin.tv, but not sure yet if that is the kind of services to use for what I want to do. Amazon S3 is another possibility that guru's like Frank Kern use to host their video. Amazon looks kind of complicated to me though.
References :
http://www.castironhostingreview.com/

you could use dream weaver to design your page then you can upload it and I think this information can be useful for you. If you plan to get your website, here is one good free web hosting provider to choose - http://www.000webhost.com/174865.html

They provide hosting absolutely free, there is no catch. You get 1500 MB of disk space and 100 GB bandwidth. They also have cPanel control panel which is amazing and easy to use website builder. Moreover, there is no any kind of advertising on your pages.
