How do i add a website citation in my essay?

the teacher gave me back my essay and said she cant mark it because i dont have any citations. i had the bibliography, but suppodly i had to add citations so she knows whos ideas are whose, but how do u add citations if u have been using a website, and with no like author…do i add the website link or what??

1. You write down the full web address that you used to get to the particular page.

2. Write the date you visited the site.

3. Write the time you visited the site.
