What should i add to my flag website to make it better?
January 25th, 2010 | by admin |I am making a website selling flags of all sizes from any and every country in the world and also flags for sports teams, music, and anything you can think of. What type of application or special feature can i add to the website to attract more customers and visitors. I was thinking of making a mapquest type of feature, but i don’t know. Any and all opinions appreciated.
Firstly, ensure that your website is good with search engines – search the web for "SEO" (search engine optimization) to try and get your website to the #1 place on google if someone searches for "buy flags".
Secondly, think animation…effects with Flash. Mapquest/Google Maps integration is a nice idea. Perhaps you could include (using Flash) a "design your own flag" section where people could upload a photo, design their own "coat of arms", whatever. Think interactive.
