How do I copy emails from my admin section of my website to an email providers address book such as gmail?

I need to gather over 1000 emails from my admin section to my google email address book. I do not want to do it manually. Is there any software out there that would do it for me? or how about another way? PLEASE HELP!!
—There is no import section :(

Use the import option that is already there.All the addresses will get transferred to your current mail ID.

    try selecting all the emails to be moved by right clicking or selecting the first and press the shift key and select the last one, to select all at one time. then copy and paste.
