I’m looking for a website featuring essays, articles, and book reviews, but can’t remember the address!

My computer died last year and I lost all my bookmarks. The site I’m looking for was laid out into three columns. One column was all links to articles, one column featured essay links and the third column had book reviews links. It had a more scholarly tone and if I am remembering correctly white and red were the primary colors on the page. It’s been months, maybe a year now, since I’ve been to the site to I’m not even sure its still around. Any help would be much appreciated.
