Your Spam Filter settings are probably causing Spam Guard to think the email is spam so it automatically puts it in the Bulk Folder.
You can, from your Yahoo! Email page, in the upper right area click on options. Then on the Mail Options page click on Spam Protection. You can then adjust your settings to meet your needs.
Also, if you get an email in your bulk folder and know it is not spam, just open the email and on the buttons at the top of your email one will say Not Spam. Click on it and it will automatically send it to your inbox, will accept the sender and not block it in the future.
