why I get a reply that the website is not available when I want to open my e-mail inbox?

I am then directed to the site yahoo web mail. It opens and my acct. name appears. I also can see in a small window a preview of new mails. But when I click on any one of the mails I receive either a blank page or a message that the server can’t find the page. Is it possible to call and go through the whole process with an bIT person?

I’m interested in this answer also. I’m having the same problem.
