Does anyone know how i can make my emails come from the tiscali website to outlook on my computer?

Don’t worry I’m not stalking you … just wanted to check your profile for other types of questions you ask [randomness <3]
Is this Microsoft Office Outlook? 2007 or 2003? [Earlier?] And just to make sure its not Outlook Express (the free version with XP) or Windows Mail – the Vista version … I might then be able to help quicker
EDIT:
You’ve not replied yet so here you are just in case before I go …
With Microsoft Office Outlook 2007
Go to top Menus > Tools > Account Settings > New… > Microsoft Exchange, POP3, IMAP, or HTTPNext > Type your full name or name you wish to be identified as in your emails > Type in your email address and password [and confirm this] > It will then configure and try to connect
Your [for me POP3] account is successfully configured > Finish > Ensure it is set as default to send out going emails and click close > Press F9
Avoila!
P.S. one last thing I had to do was to allow POP3 on the website [Google Mail] itself, this might not be a step you’ve got to follow, best check that in the first instance should it not work … Good luck!
