    Someone may want more than one email address if they want to use separate business and personal email addresses and manage them in one place. Rules could then be set up to route mail to specific folders based on the email address it was sent to.

    The setup process for additional email accounts in Outlook is generally the same, but it can vary significantly depending on the email provider (Cox, Comcast, Gmail, etc).

    Thank you! There is an option to add or create a weblink to the right of the “Business Card” option above the text area of the Signature window. As with Microsoft Word, just highlight the text and then click the link button.
