Unable to connect from Outlook email to another website?

When I am in Microsoft Outlook and I have email open and that email has a website in it that I want to go to I get a notification that the computer will not allow me to do that. However if I am in a web based email like yahoo or aol there is no problem How do I fix this?

This is your computer taking extra safety measures. have you tried keeping hold of CTRL when you click on the links. Also you may have to route around in the Security in Options to allow links to works.
