When I open an email link on a website it opens outlook, how do I change it to opening outlook express instead

Hi, Every time I click on a link to "contact" someone on a website, it automatically opens outlook and mails it from there.
I have everything set up on outlook express, how do I change that setting, so that when I click on an email link at any website, it will open outlook express?

set outlook express to be your default email program. go to control panel, internet properties, and click on the programs tab.

then set the default email prog to o.e.
